To make housing accessible and affordable for renters and moderate-income families through creative development with funding from federal, state and local levels aimed at building new housing development and preservation for all income levels.
Provide support services and programs to help the underserved with mental issues with a history of homelessness and disabilities such as tenant-based rental assistance to help eligible households with their rent and housing coss.
Advocate for inclusionary housing ordinances to require certain percentage of new developments to be set a side as affordable housing.
Identifying and acquiring land, and changing zoning laws to allow for affordable housing development.
